Online Petition?

Does anybody know of a site that hosts online petitions?
I seem to remember one that was on here, but cant seem to find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

My personal opinion is that online petitions are about as valuable as the paper thy're printed on, but here are a few:

I hear you, BUT in this case it still could help.
We were told to get signatures AND we are currently circulating "paper".

I figure the addition of an "Online Petition" could get ALOT more from Disc Golfers around the region that will not get access to the paper.
