Can anyone tell me when both 18 hole setups we be installed for the BSF?

Before anyone heads out to a park somewhere and finds there are no baskets there, like Ive seen before......Is there a course getting baskets pulled to fill in the extra baskets for the Fling? IE Benson, Rooster???

The park purchased 9 spare baskets to keep for themselves in storage, I think last year. So they no longer need to pull baskets from another course.
