Personal Best!

Not counting my 2 stroke scoring error penalty, I shot my Personal Best on the BSF East Course this past weekend with a 58.

That was a GREAT round Chase. I was the second most bummed out person around when this happened. I felt even worse when I saw what would have been your first 1000 rated round.

For some reason I foresee you triple-checking all of your scorecards from here to eternity!

All in all though, you played very well and have reason to be proud.

Shot my PB at Trojan today. -8 counting everything par 3's, since hole 5 could be considered a par 4. Only bogeyed 5 and 6 (birdie to bogey, 15 foot birdie putt off the top lip of the basket, then low dead center par putt that caught the bottom chain ring and spit backwards). And actually my first trip to Trojan where after 2 rounds I didn't put a single disc in the water. Wahoo!

I just got my personal best a few weeks ago at the the White River course in Auburn. Got a -1 from red tees. So it was my PB and my first negative round so double bonus for me!

Shot my personal best out at Timber today, didn't miss a single drive all day, and despite missing 6 putts from 35' and in I shot -7.

This isn't a best score on a course but i shot my first 1000 rated round on sunday i shot a 1001. its pretty cool! :)

Grabbed a new PB on the Fort Steilacoom SE course tonight, shot a 52 (-6), 1 was in long and I played the firehouse hole 14 with the OB on both sides. Birdies on 3, 5, 9, 10, 13, 15 and 16.

My PR's this season have been at Dabney +4, Hornings Canyon Course +4, The Highlands -5, and my proudest achievement so far a -3 at McIver on the East 18.......

This is my first season back after a long break of 3 or 4 years....been playing since june and almost back to where I was but with a better focus on putting now....not that you could tell from my putting! I started playing in 1995 and this is the first year I have ever kept a scorecard regularly...it's been fun! Playing with a great league now called "The Hyzer Cup" which you can search for on facebook and like to come play sometime.

Think I shot a better score on the old Lakewood but definitely my best on the new.

After being stuck at 59 forever shot two 58's in two days.

Then today shot 56. Fairly disappointing as I was -4 after 13 but those last 5 are what makes the course.

I shot a 51 at Fort Steiliacoom SE today! With 7 birdies! After playing 4 times(total) in the last 3 months! My shoulder hurts from patting myself on the back! Exclamation points!!!

*Turns out I shot a 50. I gave myself a 4 when I got a 3!

After taking a hefty stint of time off I recently fired off a -5 at Dabney (previous best being -2) as well as a -5 52 at Steilacoom NW when I was up in Tacoma (playing basically the old tournament layout not the most recent redesign)
