Albany Monthly at Bryant Park -> 4/11/09

Hosted by the Disc Golf Club of Albany the tournament is this Saturday at Bryant Park. Entry fee is $10 for all divisions (Am, Adv, Pro) which includes the ace pot which should be $70-$75. The park was opened yesterday 4/7 and club members will be installing the baskets later today and tomorrow if necessary. Two rounds of 18 with a short lunch break in between. Sign ups start at 9:30 with tee off at 10:00.

Scott and I have already spent some time out there kicking the crust out of some blackberries. We're also taking care of some logs and other junk that the river moved around for us. Friday we'll be working on some tee pad repairs and a walk out for the new teepad on hole #13. Today we re-flagged the course so all of the teepads are marked and there are even several flags to help guid you on your way so you don't get lost.
