i have had a cheap outbound brand stool
but it is heavy (steel legs), however it was only $5
now that i am carrying a full size tourney type bag
(and all the stuff i guy will cram into a full size bag)
its getting to be a lot of weight
so lately i have been very envious of everyone with the lighter camptime alum. stools
when i was on camptimes' website i found they sell a "mini-lite" stool
http://campspecialties.com/hiking_stool.htm
so i had to have one
it might be a little short for some people, but it doesnt bother me
new stool weighs 288g
old stool weighs 745g
thats a huge difference, i think at the end of a long day, it will be worth every penny
